I agree with you. I kinda want to just tell them to grow a backbone.
My biggest problem, recently, has been indecision. Most of the guys I’ve been out with lately have no clue what they want. I can only imagine the drama they endure every morning when deciding what underwear to throw on.

I have always been a “yes” girl. I thought that maybe the kind of guy I usually dug was not right for me, so why not try out a bunch of others? I have to say I don’t think it was a waste of time, but it did get very frustrating (hundreds of dates later). Sometimes us “yes” folk need to figure out what we actually DO want, which is easier said than done. I will defend us. :)

Great post!

Zoe, I totally agree with what you are saying. I posted last week on a related idea, of how dating is like Indian Wrestling where it’s important for the guy not to let us females get him off balance. [ http://bit.ly/clEZdY ]

I think the devil is in the details, as they say. Without dating experience and just experience getting to know women beyond a date or a few dates, and a few hops in the sack, a man’s (and woman’s for that matter) perception of whether he’s saying ‘no’ too much or ‘yes’ too much is less than accurate.
